Arrivals information 2024

• On arrival, please park in your numbered parking bay (if you are unsure which chalet you are booked into, please contact us beforehand)
• Properties are unlocked with keys inside.

• Arrival times 
  BARTON, HICKLING & PINE LODGE are 4pm. Please try not to arrive earlier than this unless you have been advised of an earlier check in time.
  

Reminders

• Towels 1 towel bale (1 bath/1 hand) supplied for each guest
• Bedding All bedding is provided and beds are made up for you on arrival. Note: All guests in all properties are politely asked to strip all beds on departure
• Parking is strictly limited to one vehicle per accommodation in a numbered bay for the chalets. PINE LODGE has parking for two vehicles and private driveway (separate access off Rottenstone Lane. The house has parking for up to 3 vehicles. If additional parking is required, please contact us prior to arrival.
  
• Energy use CHALETS/LODGE -
  HICKLING & BARTON - Electricity is by £1 pre-payment meter*
  PINE LODGE -Electricity and LPG gas by meter reading*
  *Barton chalets & Pine Lodge have £15 free credit included per week - See Ts & Cs
• Departures - Please vacate strictly by 10am

• Dogs - if bringing your dog, they must be pre-booked and please remember our conditions DOGS 
  Hickling 1, Hickling 3, Barton 5 and Pine Lodge are strictly NO PETS.

We have provided the following items for you in each chalet:-

Washing up liquid, cleaning cloth, scourer, bleach, antibac spray, black sacks, kitchen bin sacks and bathroom bin sacks, tea towel, handsoap, shower mat, toilet roll (x2) and a small selection of tea, coffee and sugar and 1 pint of fresh milk.
